Tenderloin Steak
The tenderloin steak is the most tender cut of beef. It is lean and succulent, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Tenderloin steaks, also known as filet mignon, are approximately 5 to 8 oz each, and each package contains two steaks.
Tenderloin is cut 1.25" thick and is packaged two steaks per package.
Please note that in an effort to make ordering easier and packing orders easier, this product will vary in size using the guide below. The price is based on the midway point of each range at $30/lbs
