The tenderloin steak is the most tender beef cut. It is lean and succulent and has a melt in your mouth texture. Tenderloin steaks, also known as filet mignon, are approximately 5 to 8 oz each and each package contains two steaks. 
 
Tenderloin are cut 1.25" thick and are packaged 2 steaks per package.
